Ok so I am not very good at keeping things up to date.
So far this week:
Monday 4.2 mile run
Overhead tricep extension
Wrist rotation hammer curls
Tricep bandpull (I have a set of decent bands that I got at Academy)
External shoulder rotation (bands)
Internal Shoulder rotation (bands)
Chest flyes with cross over at top
Wrist curls Wrist up
Wrist curls Wrist down.
I tried to get three sets of each and on the thirst I increased weight.
Tuesday was supposed to be leg day, but I took a Fallout 4 to the PC.
Wednesday I did a 4.1 mile run and was supposed to be back day... well that Fallout 4.
I started my upper body workout again today but will update later on how it went. I may also put in the weights I have been doing and the reps if you guys want to read that.
