Laughing wasn't my first reaction. I was very pleased to know that I did turn out to be the better man, but because of the feelings that made me do right by her, I'd probably turn right back her way, nostalgically, should my current girlfriend and I go south. It would beat trying to fertilize a third relationship with someone new in a year.

But she'll probably see at some point that I've changed, and the kindness she got from me was partly because of insecurity and a need to please, two things I grew out of even before we separated.

I'm sure you'd be a mild exception, but at the same time I don't see how a tad bit of length, maybe as far as your jawline, as looking bad.

Oh, and ponytails. They're efficient and well suited if your forehead isn't gapingly huge.

On a side note, Kayla admitted she made a mistake letting me go. There's a mild sense of satisfaction and yet some turmoil right now, since she asked me back and I had to tell her no.

Actually, the guy I was talking to, did go back and find it. I didn't just waltz in and make myself look like an ass. Some of you (in general) were talking how Chris Chambers would be irrelevant in Kansas City. That he only made a few plays in San Diego. I told you that you were all wrong, and you'd see...and what do you know, I was right. You bashed him, and when I was right, I bashed you. That's how it goes. Any other ways I can prove you wrong?
