What do being alcoholics and "doing pot" have to do with being victims in this scenario? Well if my aunt, like, didn't drink or do pot, and my uncle was a raging alcoholic and high all the time, I could see her wanting to get out of there. But it wasn't like that, so this move is hardly justified.
