Random quote

I'm reading Congo again. Not my favorite Crichton book, but it's been a while. There's a lot of discussion of animal research early on, and it includes this little story, which I found quite funny:
A new pharmaceutical factory was built in Western Australia. In this factory all the pills came out on a conveyor belt; a person had to watch the belt and press buttons to sort the pills into seperate bins by size and color. A Skinnerian animal behaviorist pointed out that it would be simple to teach pigeons to watch the pills and peck colored keys to do the sorting process. Incredulous factory managers agreed to a test; the pigeons indeed performed reliably, and were duly placed on the assembly line. Then the RSPCA stepped in and put a stop to it on the grounds that it represented cruelty to animals; the job was turned over to a human operator for whom it did not, apparently, represent cruelty.

Another triumph of the smelly, tree-hugging hippy over the Man and, of course, common sense. No clue if the story is in any way true, but it's totally believable and hilarious, and in the end, isn't that what's really important?

FAVORITE MUSIC
I like pretty much any kind of music. There are two things I can';t stand tejano music and bands like System of a Down where half the songs sound like guys hitting things with hammers and screaming. I especially like Will Smith and country music.
FAVORITE MOVIES

I'm also a huge fan of Kevin Smith movies as well as Quentin Tarentino movies and the movies Maverick Ocean's 11 Shrek The Whole Nine Yards and of course some of the Star Trek movies (2 4 7 8 and10 to be exact.) Serenity !!!!!!!!!! YAY SERENITY!
FAVORITE TV SHOWS
Stargate SG-1 Futurama Babylon 5 Simpsons Firefly (What little of it there was) Star Treks TNG and DS9 Battlestar Galactica Yu-Gi-Oh! (Yeah I know it's a little kid's show. Shut your ass!) X-Men Justice League Teen Titans suddenly I've begun to see a pattern sci-fi and cartoons. I better add Newsradio Just Shoot Me Cheers. That is pretty representative of the kinds of TV I like.
FAVORITE BOOKS
I really love Michael Crichton's books as well as The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series and Douglas Adam's other books. Tom Clancy's stuff too. Other than that I like some classic US and British authors Twain Dickens Poe as well as Dumas.
FAVORITE VIDEO GAMES
Final Fantasy 7! Also GTA3 Ace Combat 04 & 05 Ghost Recon X-Men Legends 1 & 2 Smuggler's Run 1 & 2. Final Fantasy 10 & 10-2 aren't bad. Stuff like that.

Oh you were going to be the first person I left a comment on. I have missed your humor most of all. I hope all is well with you since I have been gone.

I haven't encountered this problem before, so I can't give you a fix off the top of my head. What game is it, and are you running PCSX2 as an admin?
